Product Support Engineer – Heavy Equipment (Aerial Work Platforms)

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Product Support Specialist to provide remote technical support to customers, dealers, and authorized service providers across the U.S. and international markets.

This role serves as the technical bridge between customers and internal engineering teams, ensuring efficient troubleshooting, warranty guidance, and operational support for aerial work platforms (AWP), including Genie equipment.

The ideal candidate has hands‑on experience with heavy equipment and strong communication skills to guide customers through complex mechanical and electrical diagnostics.
