A rare opportunity has come up for an experienced and talented Product Support Engineer who join an ambitious and experienced Team within a great product, Scandinavian company!

You will be the contact point for customers, receiving their inquiries, analyzing, and reproducing issues, passing them on further, and maintaining contact with the customer along the way. As an engineer, this position will partner with the Product Support Team Leader to deliver exceptional support to the company’s customers and partners.

You will also work on in-house Product Experience department projects aimed at providing a better support experience for customers, partners and our employees.
