• Ensure a proper level of technical support as part of the core Customer Support team to drive fast resolution of issues reported from the field, farmers, or internal AGCO employees.
• Provider of dealer and customer support, especially during the start of the season, ensuring a smooth and successful launch with highly knowledgeable personnel.
• Assist dealers in resolving highly complex technical issues when local resources (GCE/Dealer) have been exhausted.
• Support the setup and fine‑tuning of combines in the field across various crops and conditions, including hands‑on assistance for new dealers and VIP customers.
