• Mediate, summarise, gain consensus, stimulate creative debate, and focus to initiate customer service action.
• Integrating customer process to optimise interdependence between and within division and functions.
• Ensure total participation and create synergy between diverse customer views and intentions.
• Provide team processes for thinking beyond the obvious.
• Maintain focus on process and customer outputs.
• Provide context, information, and structure for customers.

Functions:

• Quoting of All Products held within the BMG Electromechanical Drives portfolio.
• Evaluation of gearbox enquiries sent by Customers.
