We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Product Support Specialist to support two key areas: customer/product support and CRM data management. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping customers, keeping systems organized, and learning new products quickly.

Job Responsibilities:


Customer & Product Support (Entry-Level)

  • Respond to inbound customer emails, chats, texts, and calls regarding product and order inquiries
  • Provide order status updates, warranty details, and basic troubleshooting guidance
  • Accurately capture customer concerns and triage/escalate issues or sales opportunities to the appropriate team
  • Communicate clearly and professionally while maintaining a friendly, brand-aligned tone

CRM & Customer Data Hygiene

  • Maintain and clean customer records across NetSuite (CRM/ERP) and Shopify
  • Resolve duplicates, missing data, formatting issues, ...
