Product Support Specialist

Job Description

• To provide prompt and qualified repair support (repair advice) to the dealership network
• On-site diagnosis and repair of problem vehicles, work closely with workshop staff
• To submit repair inquiries to the manufacturer with all necessary follow-ups
• Review and coaching of technical workshop topics
• Active data recording and evaluation as well as detection of new field errors with detailed analyses, field monitoring
• Ensure sustainable improvement in technical service processes
• Ensure all work carried out comply with safety and quality requirements.
• Coordinate with other departments on a variety of projects.
• Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Automotive engineering or similar discipline preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the automotive industry preferred.
