Product Support Specialist

About The Department Our team is responsible for maintaining the design and performance of mature products produced within Global Operations. We ensure product quality and compliance by supporting material and design changes, driving cost-efficient solutions, and optimising processes. In addition, we provide product-related training to colleagues, covering product use, composition, functionality, and key features. Main Tasks & Responsibilities Contribute to mass production (SVS) projects
Manage CRs related to the role’s scope
Create and maintain product descriptions and compositions
Develop and update risk management files
Ensure Design Control in close collaboration with QA functions
Create and maintain specifications
Provide input to PMS reports
Deliver product knowledge training to Coloplast employees
Support quality investigations (complaints, CAPA, NC)
