Job Description
- Manage Component Lifecycles: Take ownership of End-of-Life (EOL) component replacements. Identify, test, and qualify alternative components to ensure zero supply chain disruption.
- Drive Root Cause Analysis: Drive investigations into field failures and manufacturing defects. Perform deep-dive failure analysis to identify root causes and implement permanent corrective actions to enhance product performance.
- Optimize for Manufacturing: Work closely with production teams to resolve yield issues for existing product lines.
- Maintain Compliance: Ensure legacy products remain compliant with updated safety, EMI/EMC, and environmental standards.
- Update Technical Documentation: Keep BOMs, schematics, PCB layouts, and test procedures accurate and up to date through Engineering Change Notice (ECNs).
