Product Team Agri Input Qualification: Full Time Agri MBA Location: Mumbai Reporting To: Head Agri Input Broad Spectrum of Duties & Responsibilities Tie up with Agri Input Companies (Fertilizers, Seeds, Agro Chemicals, Cattle Feed etc) Help Small Farmers and Dairy Farmers procure Fertilizers, Seeds, Agro Chemicals, Cattle Feed etc. at lower cost from manufacturers Coordinate with Small Farmer Engagement teams on the requirements and facilitate training Identify new opportunities for Small Farmers on Input material and new technologies Facilitate financial services products for the trade Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing and product management to drive sales Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills Key Skills/Abilities Deep understanding of Agri Input Products like Fertilizers, Seeds, Agro Chemicals, Cattle Feeds etc. Channel Management An Individual who can earn high degree of credibility with ownership and ability to pe...
