Product Technical Coordinator

Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct regular product knowledge mastery presentations and product updates for the Sales Team.
• Provide scheduled and planned technical support in the field for the Sales Team, customers, and prospects.
• Coordinate closely with the Technical Sales team to ensure product availability, updated technical information, and timely responses to market and stakeholder inquiries.
• Initiate, consolidate, and address technical concerns related to both new and existing Pet Options products in collaboration with the Technical Services Team.
• Support the Sales and Marketing Teams by providing updated technical insights to enhance customer and prospect satisfaction.
• Will conduct regular product reviews and studies to maintain up-to-date product knowledge.
