- 7-10 years of hands-on development experience in Java or Node.js, or C++
- Proven ability to build, optimize, and maintain scalable applications in a fintech or enterprise environment
- Passion for digital banking and solving real-world challenges for global customers
- A proactive and adaptable mindset to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving tech landscape
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Willingness to work at Bangalore, Chennai, Pune or Hyderabad office location
