Product & Test Engineer II (Final Test ATE)
Job Description
+ Lead/Support new product transfer projects.
+ Responsible for product test activities and test program maintenance/development.
+ Test hardware development and troubleshooting.
+ Provide technical support to planning, maintenance, production, and QA team.
+ Review and disposition low-yield production lots, validate reject units, and drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
Qualifications
+ A bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
+ Minimum 2-5 years’ experience in related fields, possessing sound knowledge of semiconductor digital device testing concepts as well as device fabrication and manufacturing processes.
