Job Description



Join our team as a Product & Test Engineer, where you will be responsible for wafer sort support, engineering change management, and technical problem resolution. You will collaborate closely with Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to ensure the delivery of cost-effective, high-quality products that meet customer and regulatory requirements.



**Key Responsibilities**



+ Drives product test yield improvement activities by analyses and interpret test data.

+ Coordinate NPI in pilot production & product transfer, work cross functionally with internal and global team to ensure objectives alignment that meets RENESAS standard.

+ Evaluate and implement new technologies to support continuous improvement in manufacturing cost, quality, and delivery performance.
