• Training Development & Delivery: Design and conduct product knowledge, sales, and customer service training tailored for beauty advisors and sales personnel.

• Sales & Product Expertise: Educate teams on product benefits, application techniques, and effective selling strategies.

• Field Engagement: Conduct store visits, field coaching, and on-the-ground training to ensure training effectiveness.
