About the Role

We are seeking a
Product Validation Expert
to support the evaluation of a widely used AI-powered consumer product. In this role, you will help ensure the product delivers safe, accurate, and helpful experiences for end users.

You will design evaluation frameworks, assess AI-generated outputs from a user experience (UX) perspective, and provide actionable insights that improve product quality and safety standards.

This is a remote contract opportunity offering flexible scheduling.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop structured rubrics to evaluate AI model outputs from a UX and safety perspective
• Review and analyze AI-generated responses to identify potential usability risks or quality concerns
• Execute evaluation tasks with strong attention to detail and consistency
