Production Admin (Up $3900)

Location: Woodlands | Schedule: Mon to Fri 8.30am to 5.30pm | Salary: $2800-$3800 | Benefits: Have AWS & Bonus

Responsibilities

• Production Scheduling : Develop and maintain production schedules based on customer orders, forecasts, and inventory levels. Coordinate with Sales, Purchasing, Engineering, QA, and Production to ensure timely availability of materials and capacity.
• Material Planning & Inventory Control : Ensure all raw materials, components, and tools are available on time to meet production needs. Work closely with store/logistics teams to monitor stock levels and avoid shortages or overstocking.
• Order Tracking & Status Updates : Monitor work orders and ensure timely completion of production jobs. Update stakeholders on production progress and address any delays or issues.
