Production Administrator

About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Production / Operations Administrator to support daily production operations through effective inventory control, reporting, and administrative coordination. This role works closely with the production team to ensure accurate data tracking and smooth operational execution.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and control inventory and assets within the production workshop.
Prepare production-related reports, perform data compilation, and conduct basic data analysis.
Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity.
Assist supervisors by recording meeting minutes and tracking follow-up action items.
Support coordination between production, warehouse, and related departments.
Handle other operational and administrative tasks as assigned.
