Production Administrator

We are currently recruiting for a really exciting new role for one of our prestigious client's based in Central Birmingham. This role will be a customer focused administration role. You will be based on the factory shop floor reporting directly into the production manager. You will be an integral part of the team liaison between the client and internal managers. Your role will be to report on the progression of orders for the clients. Your main purpose of the role is to monitor and drive forward the progression of jobs to deliver a timely and effective service. This will be a temporary to permanent role for the right candidate.

• Speaking to clients and customers in regards status of there orders via phone or email
• Produce and maintain monthly KPI reports to track performance, progress, and key metrics
