Qualification

• Graduate of a Vocational Course or at least 2 years in college (undergraduate).
• Experience in a manufacturing setup is an advantage but not required.

• Basic understanding of production processes.
• Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision.
• Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Prepare materials and supplies needed for production runs.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the work area.
• Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times.
