Deliver clear, actionable production performance reporting that empowers decision-making at the Brockville (Motor Coils Manufacturing) facility. Proactively analyze production forecasts and material availability to align staffing with demand, identify risks before they impact outcomes, and partner with leadership to develop effective mitigation strategies that keep operations running at peak performance.
