Production Analyst/Planner

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, analyze, and monitor production schedules based on demand forecasts and capacity planning.
• Analyze production, inventory, and operational data using Excel Pivot Tables, formulas, and dashboards.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly production reports for management decision-making.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Warehouse, and Operations teams to ensure material availability.
• Monitor inventory levels and recommend replenishment to avoid shortages or overstock.
• Identify production variances, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities using data analysis.
• Assist in process improvement initiatives and production optimization.
• Maintain accurate production and inventory records in ERP or planning systems.
