Production Architect I

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Licensed Architect
• At least two (2) to three (3) years of relevant professional experience
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Strong design sensibility, including spatial planning and color coordination
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to work onsite at the MOA Complex, Pasay City

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in the conceptualization and development of interior design concepts and solutions
• Prepare comprehensive technical drawings, space layouts, and 3D visualizations for client presentations
• Develop material boards and assist in the selection and sourcing of finishes, furniture, lighting, and fixtures
