Job Description
- Review job ticket instructions to determine requirements of job production. Participate in meetings about planning when necessary.
- Using relevant software/s (Illustrator, Photoshop) in performing assembly functions to prepare files for Digital production.
- To respect all guidelines and process requirements and maintain brand consistency.
- Ensuring that all digital files are saved in designated file locations that follow document control file naming specifications.
- Assuring the quality of digital files before submitting to QC with the aims of Right The First Time.
- Ensuring all tasks are completed in accordance with SGS's best practice approach.
- Make sure himself/herself is familiar with the assigned client's terminology, brand guidelines, and regulations requirements.
- Self-QC all work performed following the department SOPs. Check, sign-off, and date checklists.
