Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist Buyers and Material Planner in generating and maintaining accurate weekly and monthly reports.
Follow up with suppliers for PO acknowledgements and deliveries.
Request for quotations and compilation of quotes from suppliers.
Create new vendor registrations.
Follow up outstanding payments with Finance and respective PIC.
