Production Assistant (Cheese/Yoghurt)

The Role

Key Responsibilities  

- Basic understanding of manufacturing practices & food safety requirements

- Basic production or equivalent skills

- Process product via hand or machinery and pack into containers for weigh price labelling

- Pick stock to store allocation

- Manage raw material stock on hand effectively

- Maintain a safe, clean and well-organised working environment

- Ability to identify inferior product and escalate to Team Leader and Supervisor

- Follow and comply with all applicable health and safety procedures
