Production Assistant Manager Laguna Technopark

Job Summary: The Production Assistant Manager supports daily manufacturing operations to ensure production efficiency, quality compliance, and achievement of operational targets.

• Assist in production planning, scheduling, and line management.
• Monitor WIP, material flow, and production output.
• Conduct quality checks and implement corrective actions.
• Support production projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Supervise and develop production staff.
• Ensure compliance with safety and company policies

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or any related field. MA or MBA is a Plus
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production management role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
