Production Assistant Manager

We are hiring for PRODUCTION ASSISTANT MANAGER

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or any related field., MA or MBA is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Production Management role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated experience in Production Planning, Scheduling, and Line Management to ensure smooth, efficient operations.
• Proven track record in managing Work-In Progress (WIP) and material flow to prevent production delays and optimize resource allocation.
• Hands-on experience in conducting quality assurance checks, non-conformance analysis, and implementing corrective actions for process control.
• Background in managing or participating in project-based initiatives, with a focus on timely and cost-effective project completion.
