Production Assistant Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Production Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team at TRILIGHT OPTICS (MALAYSIA) SDN BHD. As a full-time role based in Seberang Perai Penang, you will play a crucial part in overseeing and supporting the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing facility.

What you’ll be doing

Assisting the Production Manager in planning, organising and coordinating all production activities to ensure efficient and timely delivery of products

Monitoring production performance metrics and identifying opportunities for process improvements

Supervising and training production staff to maintain high levels of quality, productivity and safety

Liaising with cross‑functional teams to address any production‑related issues or challenges
