Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Operations & Product Development Assistant to support manufacturing operations, data reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy working with spreadsheets, structured processes, and real-world manufacturing systems, and who want hands-on exposure to lean manufacturing and Toyota-aligned production practices. You will work closely with management in a structured, on-site environment.
