Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist Buyers and Material Planner in generating and maintaining accurate weekly and monthly reports.
• Follow up with suppliers for PO acknowledgements and deliveries.
• Request for quotations and compilation of quotes from suppliers.
• Follow up outstanding payments with Finance and respective PIC.
