Production Assistant Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and train production staff to meet targets.
• Oversee the full production process from raw materials to finished panels.
• Enforce quality control, safety, and operational standards.
• Coordinate with maintenance to ensure machine efficiency.
• Monitor inventory and production reports (output, quality, KPIs).
• Lead process improvements to boost productivity and reduce waste.
• Gain expertise in: machine operations, calibration, chemical mixing, production procedures, panel repairs, and loading of goods.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2–3 years' supervisory experience in manufacturing, preferably in sandwich panels or construction materials.
• Problem-solving and organizational skills.
