Job Description
Our Client, a Global Power Technology Leader company, is looking for a Production Associate I- Machining for their Henderson, CO location. Responsibilities:
+ Operates machines and production equipment in accordance with quality and productivity requirements safely in a manufacturing environment with limited guidance.
+ In this area technicians rotate within the work stations in this area.
+ Operations include power wash cleaning of cranks and cylinder blocks.
+ Detailed inspection of crankshafts. Use of basic polishing machine.
+ Manual cleaning of cylinder block surfaces, and threaded holes, using power tools and abrasives.
+ Detailed inspection of the cylinder block.
+ Use of cranes and basic measurement equipment (bore gauges, micrometers).
+ Follow documented instructions.
+ Record process results as needed.
+ More skilled operator in this area will operate a milling machine. <...
