Production Associate

**Job Title: Production Associate – Cheese Cutter**

**Job Description**

This role focuses on supporting a high-volume food production facility. You will primarily cut and portion blocks of food by hand, weigh each piece accurately, and prepare products for packaging while following strict food safety and quality standards.

**Essential Skills**

+ Minimum 1+ year of manufacturing experience, ideally in a food production setting.
+ Experience performing general labor tasks in a production or manufacturing environment.
+ Ability to stand for the duration of an 8 to 10-hour shift and lift up to 30 lbs repeatedly and safely.
+ Comfort using knives or hand tools to cut and handle soft cheese products.
+ Basic experience with general production, including assembly, packaging, and inspection.

Shifts available are straight afternoons either 5-8 hour shifts or 4-10 hour shifts between Monday and Saturday.
