Production Associate

Position Summary

As a Production Associate, you will support the manufacturing, preparation, finishing, and inspection of fiberglass and composite parts and components used in transit vehicles for New Flyer and MCI. This is a hands‑on production role where you may prepare molds and materials, build fiberglass components, sand, buff, trim, grind, drill, route, repair, and inspect parts to ensure they meet safety, quality, and first‑time quality standards.
