Job Responsibilities:

Be responsible for submitting employee attendance data and reporting attendance anomalies. Conduct daily production morning meetings to disseminate company policies, production tasks, operational requirements, and safety precautions. Coordinate production resources within the line, execute various production tasks, promptly respond to adjustments in production plans,合理安排 personnel (arrange personnel reasonably), and collaborate with other lines to achieve production targets. Monitor daily production progress, conduct spot checks during line inspections to ensure employees adhere strictly to the work instructions, promptly report and address production anomalies to ensure timely completion of production plans.
