Production Cell/Group Lead

**Job Summary:**

The Production Lead is responsible for supporting daily production operations to ensure safety, quality, delivery, inventory, and cost goals are met. This role works closely with the Production Supervisor to help coordinate workflow, support team members on the production floor, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. The Production Lead serves as a hands-on leader for the production team, helping to maintain efficient operations, troubleshoot issues, communicate priorities, and promote a positive team environment. This position reports directly to the Production Supervisor and does not have direct supervisory responsibilities.
