• Significant knowledge of banana operations/activities.
• Knowledge of agricultural problems related to banana production such as plant diseases, soil and irrigation, insect pests common to the area, etc.

Specific knowledge & skills

• Knowledge on Banana Fruit Care Operations and banana farm practices
• Completed any equivalent training related to job.

Experience: A minimum of 1 year of office experience with a robust background in data handling and intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
