JOB - RECRUITMENT - WATCHMAKING - for a Production (M/F) JOB - RECRUITMENT - WATCHMAKING - by a prestigious watch manufacture, our agency is looking for Production staff to strengthen its teams in Production (M/F) Your profile: - Holder of a CFC or AFP in watchmaking (or an equivalent qualification in microtechnology). - Dexterity and precision are essential: you are perfectly comfortable with very small components. - Expert mastery of tweezers and a magnifying glass. - High capacity for executing repetitive high-precision tasks. Your mission: Within the team, you will be involved in the key stages of watchmaking: - Assembly of components - Casing and finishing: Attaching dials, hands, casing, and attaching straps. - Quality Control: aesthetic and functional checks with a magnifying glass to ensure the excellence of the finished product. - Rigor: Strict adherence to high-quality criteria and processes within teams organized in 2x8 or 3x8 shifts.
