Production Controller (Parts Making & Fabrication)

Responsible for monitoring and driving material needs for Parts Making Department (PMD). Mitigate any risk to deliveries and provide timely escalations to the Production Controller (Systems) to deploy and coordinate resources to meet committed delivery (based on project monitoring).

• Activate Project (Build Plan/ Non-Build Plan) to start all relevant transactions to order the required materials for a customer order across different stakeholders ranging from Sales, Operations to Supply Chain
• Plan overall materials and Assembly operations to meet PCDs in Baan are key to identifying bottlenecks thereby mitigating the risk to missed committed dates for order completion
• Monitor and mitigate economic stock to reduce overall project economic stock for reallocation for future orders or claiming liability from customers
• Execute Project Closing once Sales Orders (S/O) have been maintained for Finance to begin accounting process
