PRODUCTION CONTROLLER (PIPEFITTER)

Summary You will serve as a PRODUCTION CONTROLLER (PIPEFITTER) in the Planning Division Code 421 of TRIDENT REFIT FACILITY, BANGOR. Salary Ranges: GS-11: $83,935 - $109,122 GS-12: $100,602 - $130,786 Responsibilities You will develop Controlled Work Packages (CWP) and Formal Work Packages (FWP) from Planned Maintenance Requirement (PMR) requests, Corrective Maintenance work requests, and TRIPER component overhaul requests. You will use Labor Standards and Uniform Method and Standard (UMS) tools to accurately and consistently determine man-hour estimates for the most efficient production effort. You will research on technical information prior to preparation of work packages. Use available resources to develop accurate Job Material Lists (JML) to provide accurate material cost estimates and to aid in procurement of required in-use materials.
