Responsibilities

• Assist in the scheduling and coordination of day-to-day production activities.
• Support team leads in managing the workflow and tracking production timelines.
• Facilitate communication between artists, supervisors, and other departments to ensure production goals are met.
• Maintain detailed records of production progress, including updates in Shotgun.
• Organize and participate in production meetings, documenting discussions and follow-ups.
• Coordinate resources and supplies needed for production activities.
• Identify potential issues in the production pipeline and proactively engage solutions with the team.
• Assist in preparing reports and updates for management and stakeholders.
