Job Description

Responsibilities
 
Work closely with Pixelogic’s internal Audio Description and Project Management teams for day-to-day production planning and managing/supervising of multimedia orders.
Support the Production Manager and leads with job scheduling, capacity planning, on-call schedule management, rush project coordination, and related operational tasks.
Track asset deliveries rejections.
Manage, monitor, and update all timelines and working with all parties to ensure final deliveries are within the expected timeframe and handle any issues that arise.
Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
Work with the Production Managers to eliminate blockers.
Abide by security policies and protecting information assets and working with translators to keep high security standards.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
