Production Coordinator

Job Description

Responsibilities

• Maintain and adjust production timelines as needed based on sales orders and inventory levels.
• Liaise with production supervisors and machine operators to monitor daily activities and ensure work orders are clearly understood and executed correctly.
• Work closely with the quality control department to ensure products meet industry and customer standards and reduce waste and manage leftover materials efficiently.
• Act as a liaison between production, engineering, maintenance, and sales departments.
• Identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies and suggest improvements to boost productivity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field.
• Prior experience in wire and cable manufacturing is highly preferred but not required.
