Quick Rundown:

We are looking for a Production Coordinator to manage customer orders. The role involves sending and verifying order acknowledgments, coordinating artwork approvals, and ensuring supplier and customer communication.

What You'll Do:

• Receive and clarify customer order instructions from the Coordinator
• Update CRM quote with final order details (PO no./delivery date/delivery address) and convert quote
• Make necessary amendments in Sage to correct SO and PO(s) for clothing orders and other anomalies after conversion
• Send Order Acknowledgement to customers for checking
• Send Purchase order to Supplier(s) along with artwork if available at the time of order
