Production Coordinator

Description

The Production Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of the production pipeline. This role requires excellent organizational skills, an understanding of the animation process. The Production Coordinator ensures that all aspects of production are running efficiently, task deadlines are met, and communication flows seamlessly between departments.

Responsibilities:

Scheduling & Tracking

• Maintain and update production schedules, trackers, and task lists using project management tools (e.g., Shotgrid, Google Sheets).
• Monitor deadlines, flag potential risks or delays, and escalate issues to the Producer or Assistant Producer.
• Record and distribute meeting notes, ensuring all action items are tracked and followed up.

Resource & Workflow Support

• Support day-to-day resource planning by updating team allocations and availability.
