Production Coordinator

The Production Coordinator supports the production team by maintaining schedules, tracking tasks, and ensuring smooth communication across departments. This role is highly organized, detail-oriented, and plays a key part in keeping projects on track by providing artists, supervisors, and producers with the information and resources they need.
Responsibilities
Maintain production schedules, trackers, and task lists in project management tools.
Track deadlines, flag delays, and circulate meeting notes with follow-up actions.
Coordinate cross-department handoffs, asset continuity, and daily production logistics.
Act as the point of contact for internal teams, vendors, and external partners.
Support deliveries, reports, and version control while ensuring pipeline standards are met.
Requirements
1–2 years' experience in production or coordination, preferably in animation or VFX.
Familiarity with project management tools (ShotGrid, Google Sheets, Excel).
