Production Coordinator

Job Summary:

The Production Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring that signage projects move smoothly from planning to completion. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate across departments to meet timelines, quality standards, and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Production Scheduling: Organize and monitor production schedules to ensure deadlines are met.
• Job Order Management: Review, prepare, and track job orders, ensuring specifications are clear and complete.
• Cross-Team Coordination: Liaise with Sales, Design, Fabrication, and Installation teams to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery.
• Materials & Inventory: Coordinate with purchasing to ensure materials are ordered, delivered, and stocked according to project needs.
• Quality Control: Monitor production output to ensure alignment with company standards and client specifications.
