Production Coordinator

The Production Coordinator supports the production team by maintaining schedules, tracking tasks, and ensuring smooth communication across departments. This role is highly organized, detail-oriented, and plays a key part in keeping projects on track by providing artists, supervisors, and producers with the information and resources they need.

Responsibilities

• Maintain production schedules, trackers, and task lists in project management tools.
• Track deadlines, flag delays, and circulate meeting notes with follow-up actions.
• Coordinate cross-department handoffs, asset continuity, and daily production logistics.
• Act as the point of contact for internal teams, vendors, and external partners.
• Support deliveries, reports, and version control while ensuring pipeline standards are met.
