Production Coordinator

Purpose: Responsible for monitoring and driving material needs for Systems Integration Department (SID).  Mitigate any risk to deliveries and provide timely escalations to the Material Planners to deploy and coordinate resources to meet committed delivery (based on project monitoring).

Key Area of Responsibilities:

• Production Scheduling: Develop and maintain optimized production schedules, adjusting as needed to meet demands and deadlines. Ensure timely and accurate release of production orders, coordinating with departments to resolve discrepancies.
• Material KitKar Scheduling: Plan and schedule the delivery of material kits to ensure timely availability for production
• Warehouse Transfer Execution: Oversee efficient transfer of materials and products between warehouse and production areas.
• Daily Progress Meetings: Conduct daily meetings with Assembly, Warehouse, and Production Management to review progress and address issues.
