• Experience in manufacturing, wood, or similar production environments.
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.
• Proficiency with production software, spreadsheets (Excel), and general computer skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of inventory control, supply chain, and workflow optimization.
